Mourir, dormir, rêver peut-être

Denis Maillefer

In French

Cie Théâtre en Flammes

A show that allays our fears of dying. Who will surround us and dress us up when we stop breathing? In order to write his play, Denis Maillefer worked in immersion in a funeral parlour.

He returned with a reassuring play about the afterlife that inspires a will to live. A play about life, although it focuses on death. A play that makes us want to enjoy every moment and makes us laugh about fearing death so much. So, let’s live, eat, love and fight! And let’s get rid of this damn fear of death. As Olga says in Chekhov’s Three Sisters: “Now, we must live.”
